1 Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information from users. We do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Location data
• Photos, videos, or audio recordings
• Device identifiers or account information
• Any personally identifiable information from children

2 Data stored on device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Learning progress (which letters have been learned)
• Stars earned
• App preferences

This data never leaves your device. It is deleted when you uninstall the App.

3 Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a certified ad network under Google Play's Families Policy. We have configured AdMob with the following child-safety settings:

• Child-directed treatment enabled (COPPA compliance)
• Maximum ad content rating set to G (General audiences only)
• Under-age-of-consent tag enabled (GDPR compliance)
• Only family-safe, age-appropriate ads are shown

4 Children's privacy (COPPA)

Alphabeti is directed to children under the age of 13. In compliance with COPPA:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• We do not allow children to share personal information within the App
• We do not use behavioural advertising targeting children
• All advertising is restricted to G-rated, child-appropriate content
• Parents can remove all local data by uninstalling the App

5 GDPR — European users

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, delete, or object to data processing. Since we do not collect personal data, most rights are automatically satisfied.

To disable personalised ads, go to: Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.

6 Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob – advertising
• Flutter TTS – text-to-speech (runs entirely on-device, no data transmitted)
• Google Fonts – fonts loaded from device cache only

We do not share any user data with any third party beyond what is described above.

7 Parental controls

As a parent or guardian, you can:

• Uninstall the App at any time to remove all locally stored data
• Disable personalised ads on your child's device via Android Settings → Google → Ads
• Contact us directly with any privacy concerns

8 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
